SMS Terms

Draft policies. These pages describe how LeadCare AI operates today. They are not legal advice and have not been reviewed by an attorney. Have qualified counsel review before relying on them for compliance filings (for example, Twilio A2P 10DLC campaigns).
1. Program name
LeadCare AI missed-call recovery (also referred to as LeadCareAI / LeadCare AI). Messages are sent on behalf of participating local service businesses that use our platform.
2. Program description
Depending on your interaction with a participating business, you may receive SMS messages that include:
- Missed-call text-back replies after you call and the business does not answer;
- Intake questions to understand your service request (for example, type of issue or location);
- Status or follow-up messages related to your inquiry;
- Account or lead notifications to business staff (staff messages are not sent to consumers as marketing blasts).
Message content is tied to a service inquiry with the business you contacted, not unrelated third-party advertising lists.
3. Consent
End users may receive messages after calling a participating business, texting a business number, submitting a web form that initiates SMS follow-up, or otherwise requesting service from that business. Businesses must not use LeadCare AI to send texts without a lawful basis and documented consent where required by law.
4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction. A typical inquiry may involve a small number of messages; more messages may be sent if you continue the conversation or request follow-up.
5. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
6. HELP
Reply HELP for help, or contact the business you were trying to reach. You may also email paul@leadcareai.com.
7. STOP
Reply STOP to opt out of further SMS from that business’s thread. After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
8. Third-party marketing
SMS opt-in consent and mobile phone numbers collected for this program are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Supported carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier and network availability.
10. Privacy
Information collected through SMS is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Participating businesses are responsible for their own customer-facing privacy disclosures.
11. Businesses using LeadCare AI
Business customers agree that they will:
- Provide accurate business identity and contact information for registration and carrier compliance;
- Honor STOP and HELP requests promptly;
- Send only messages related to the customer’s inquiry or existing relationship;
- Maintain records of consent where required;
- Not share or resell phone numbers obtained through the Service for unrelated marketing.
12. Sample messages
Examples (wording may vary by business):
- “Sorry we missed your call — this is [Business Name]. How can we help you today? Reply STOP to opt out.”
- “Thanks — we received your message and will follow up shortly.”
- “What service do you need help with? Reply STOP to opt out.”
