Refund & Cancellation Policy

Draft policies. These pages describe how LeadCare AI operates today. They are not legal advice and have not been reviewed by an attorney. Have qualified counsel review before relying on them for compliance filings (for example, Twilio A2P 10DLC campaigns).
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, setup fees, and subscription billing work for LeadCare AI, operated by Webwise Solutions LLC.
By purchasing or subscribing to LeadCare AI, you agree to this policy.
1. Customer pricing
LeadCare AI’s standard Growth Plan includes:

The setup fee and monthly subscription may be changed for future customers, promotional offers, or plan changes.
2. Setup fee
The setup fee covers onboarding and account setup work, which may include:
- Creating or activating your LeadCare AI account
- Assigning or configuring a recovery/tracking phone number
- Configuring missed-call text-back
- Configuring SMS lead intake
- Setting business name, SMS signature, and industry settings
- Setting staff notification email or phone number
- Helping with call-forwarding setup
- Testing the missed-call recovery flow
- Providing onboarding or setup support
3. Setup fee refunds
The setup fee is generally non-refundable once onboarding or configuration work has begun (account creation, phone number assignment, SMS setup, notifications, onboarding support, or testing).
If you request cancellation before any setup work has started, we may review your request case-by-case and, at our discretion, issue a full or partial refund of the setup fee.
4. Stripe billing
Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Card and billing details are handled under Stripe’s terms and privacy practices. LeadCare AI stores Stripe customer/subscription references, not full payment card numbers.
5. Monthly subscription billing
LeadCare AI is billed as a recurring monthly subscription unless otherwise stated in writing. Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance for the upcoming billing period. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing until you cancel.
6. Monthly subscription refunds
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable after billing, except where required by law or approved by Webwise Solutions LLC in its sole discretion.
We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partial months, unused time, missed usage, or failure to use the service.
If you cancel during a billing period, your service may remain active until the end of the paid billing period unless your account is suspended or terminated for non-payment, misuse, legal risk, or violation of our Terms of Service.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically refund fees already paid.
You may cancel by using the Stripe billing portal if available, or by contacting:

8. Call forwarding and service readiness
LeadCare AI depends on your mobile carrier and your configuration of call forwarding (Backup Mode). You are responsible for completing forwarding setup and any required forwarding test before relying on missed-call recovery. If you cannot or will not configure forwarding, service may be limited regardless of subscription status. We do not guarantee that every carrier or phone plan supports the forwarding codes or behavior you need.
9. Failed payments and non-payment
If a payment fails, LeadCare AI may retry the payment, notify you, suspend service, or cancel your account. Service may be interrupted if payment is not successfully received.
LeadCare AI is not responsible for missed calls, missed leads, message failures, dashboard access interruptions, or other service issues caused by non-payment or suspended service.
10. Phone numbers and service after cancellation
After cancellation, LeadCare AI may release, disable, reassign, or stop supporting any phone numbers, SMS flows, dashboards, automations, or configurations associated with your account.
If you used call forwarding, you are responsible for disabling or changing any forwarding settings with your phone provider. LeadCare AI is not responsible for calls or messages routed incorrectly after cancellation if your forwarding settings remain active.
11. Refunds for technical issues
If you experience a technical issue, contact support promptly. We may attempt to troubleshoot, repair, reconfigure, or otherwise resolve the issue.
Technical issues do not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refunds or credits, if any, are granted at the sole discretion of Webwise Solutions LLC unless required by law.
12. Third-party services
LeadCare AI relies on third-party providers such as payment processors, telecommunications providers, SMS providers, hosting providers, AI providers, and email providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted third-party service availability.
Refunds are not automatically provided for interruptions, delays, limitations, or failures caused by third-party providers.
13. Abuse, misuse, or policy violations
LeadCare AI may suspend or terminate service without refund if we determine that an account is being used for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, high-risk, spam-related, or prohibited activity, or if the customer violates our Terms of Service or acceptable use rules.
14. Chargebacks and disputes
If you dispute or charge back a payment, we may suspend your account while the dispute is reviewed. Chargebacks, disputes, reversals, or payment fraud may result in cancellation of service, loss of access, collection activity, and/or refusal of future service.
15. Promotional offers
Promotional pricing, discounts, coupons, trials, or special offers may have additional terms. Unless stated otherwise, setup fees and monthly subscription fees remain subject to this policy.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last updated” date.
